In 2001 when I entered the race to become California's next Governor I began
putting GOP bumper stickers on my 37 ft 1998 Tradewinds diesel
pusher motorhome
... this was not the political race after the Gray Davis recall in which Arnold Schwarzenegger
was elected ... this was the 2002
contest where the primary was won by Bill Simon
who was defeated in the general election by Gray Davis which fueled the recall ...

Well,
after running for The U.S. Senate in 2004 I hung up my political ambitions and now
just travel doing Gospel concerts and fund-raisers
mostly in churches and Christian
schools ... but I still speak out on issues important to me ... and help other good
candidates get elected to office.
The RV has almost 100,000 miles on it now and
still runs great ... honk and wave if you see me somewhere on the trail ... Danney
