This effort can be a stand-alone outreach program or an introduction and preparation
before an evangelistic speaking series.

Days before a church gathers for the Danney Ball Gospel concert leaflets
will be passed out to church members
explaining how to develop, rehearse, and
begin using this method to win souls and get new faces in the seats
at your church.
By concert time members will already be using this great method to get people to
the event.
Different "scripts" are used in each of the following situations
when presenting a One-Minute-Testimony.
Strangers - Friends - Nieghbors - Relatives
- Coworkers - Church members who no longer attend.
The week-end effort takes place
2 weeks to one month after the Danney Ball Gospel concert
This gives the church
time to further develop, learn and put into practice their "One Minute Testimonies"
FRIDAY NIGHT 7PM
This meeting is a beautiful candlelight get-together to
meditate and pray for success in the community.
A few members will present their
One-Minute-Testimonies and juice and cookies will be served
SATURDAY MORNING 11AM
Danney will sing and present a talk on personal evangelism
SATURDAY AFTERNOON
This will be a church potluck and church open house
to the community.
SATURDAY NIGHT
Danney will sing and tell his personal story and testimony
SUNDAY MORNING 11AM
If an evangelistic speaker has been hired they will
be introduced and they will speak.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON
A church social with music and special announcements
It is the story of how you became a follower of Jesus Christ. Each person
writes out their story and
rehearses it till they can recite it to each person
they approach in one minute. Every church member
who chooses to participate is
given an assignment to tell their story to at least one person a day. They
can
use this as a strategy when talking to someone by simply saying: "Hi ... I have
an assignment from
my church to give my story about how I became a Christian to
at least one person a day ... would
you mind if I tell you my story? ... It only
takes a minute." Then after they tell their testimony they
give the person
a printed invitation to a concert or meeting at the church.
